How to check if someone is stealing my iCloud data?

i feel like someone is trying to hack or steal my data in a way or another or a third-part person . My iCloud is acting weird am feel so bad, I is there a way to repair my security system and check if someone is stealing my data or using my iCloud or tracking me ?
