I got a new phone and needed to pair my apple watch. I have attempted to pair it but it is stating on the Activation Lock page that it is an Incorrect Apple ID and that my icloud email cannot be used to unlock this apple watch. I am confused because it is my watch. On my Find My Device it does not show the apple watch. I need help.

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
