iPhone 12 pro unlock signal interferes with light sensor enabled bed lights

When I unlock my iPhone 12 pro, then the light sensor enabled lights in my bedroom flicker until the iPhone is unlocked or unlock screen is timed off. This is little bit annoying for us in the nights. Please explain what’s going on when iPhone 12 phone is getting unlocked? And how avoid this?
