Temporarily stop sharing location

How can I stop sharing my location temporarily without my teenage daughters recieving a message on our thread or it appearing that I stopped sharing my location. I am a single mom and it has gotten to the point where at times they invade my privacy. I would like to hide my location withought them knowing at times. Thoughts?
