Just bought an iPhone 13pro. While completing the set up, I am getting an error saying that Face ID cannot be enabled due to an issue with the TrueDepth camera

If you just have issues with Face ID not working properly, read this document:

'If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro', click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT208114

If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro, this document deals with that specific issue:

"If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro", click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT208186

If none of the above has a solution it is under warranty, or another consideration:

Apple Store Returns & Refunds. Click here to read --> http://www.apple.com/shop/help/returns_refund - For the USA "You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it." The return terms may be different in some countries.
