Why am I unable to delete an iOS update on my iPhone it doesn’t give me an option to

System files cannot be deleted.
FYI, if you have already updated iOS, there in no option to delete it.
If you haven't updated but have iOS downloaded then you can delete the file in
Settings > General > iPhone Storage > here
