Will you replace my current Apple remote if it stops working?

if my current Apple TV remote no longer works, will you replace it if I can into the store?

If the remote lost its pairing, then you can pair it again. If your Apple TV remote isn't working - Apple Support

You may want to verify the battery charge level. [1] [2]


If it was working good before, but now there is a hardware defect, then that is probably not covered by warranty. Warranty is not a damage insurance. Replacement remotes are available for sale. If the rechargeable battery of the Siri Remote can’t hold its charge anymore, then there is a dedicated battery service for that.
