Refund for product order cancelation: how long does it take?
Hi,
I ordered the iPhone 13 a week ago, and the delivery service (Uber, in this case) had canceled the order because of a "failed delivery attempt". However, Apple still says that the iPhone was delivered. I contacted the customer service and they could see that a refund was issued (I paid with my creditcard). So I'm wondering, how long does it take before I can see the amount back on my creditcard? It's been a week now, and it's a big amount for me so I'm getting kind of worried. I'm currently in Europe, so contacting Apple in the US again is quite expensive.
