Brightness dimming on MacBook Air when watching Netflix and Apple Tv+ on full screen.

MacBook Air M1 Chip.So when on full screen on Netflix and Apple Tv+ brightness is like decreasing and back to normal in like a second time.This happens only when there is a scene with bright backround.Its like changing the focus but only in the backround.It is normal bright and suddenly its like decreasing the brightness very fast in that particular place and then back to normal.It is not something you cant live with but if there is a way to fix it i would love to.Also i dont have auto brightness and night shift on just to let you know.
