Can my subscription be ended before the next billing date

In order to upgrade my Ancestry account, I needed to cancel the Ancestry subscription from iTunes/App store. Because the subscription is monthly, my account is showing as still active until the next billing date. Therefore Anscestry can’t upgrade my account until then (which would be November 2). Is there a way that Apple can cancel my Ancestry account right now instead of on November 2?
