Is it possible to reach USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 (20 Gbps) speed on external USB SSD connected to Mac?

Is it possible to reach USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 (20 Gbps) speed on external USB SSD connected to Mac though USB or Thunderbolt ports? That would mean 2,000 MB/s. For instance, using this SSD:

Which Mac madels would be needed to support USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 (20 Gbps) speed on external USB SSD connected to Mac though USB or Thunderbolt ports?

Thunderbolt 4 specifications indicate that USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 (20 Gbps) support is optional. In particular, the iMac 27-inch (Model Identifier iMac18,3; mid 2017) does not support it. Such SSD connected to it only reaches 1,000 MB/s (not 2,000 MB/s). So, my question is which Mac models support USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 (20 Gbps) to reach 20 Gbps (2,000 MB/s) with such SSD.
