Is it possible to reach USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 (20 Gbps) speed on external USB SSD connected to Mac?

Is it possible to reach USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 (20 Gbps) speed on external USB SSD connected to Mac though USB or Thunderbolt ports? That would mean 2,000 MB/s. For instance, using this SSD:
