Apple pro raw to Google photo

Hi

when uploading an apple pro raw photo to GP it initially looks good. It uploads a .DNG file and the file size is correct

seconds after it has uploaded, the photo drastically changes and becomes a crushed version of what seconds ago was a perfect .DNG file?

maybe it’s just the way it is but seems really strange

i do subscribe for a 2tb storage with GP and it’s set to upload in original quality

never had this problem when uploading photos from my android using raw (DNG)
