Can't sync some videos to my iPhone 12 Pro

After updating to iOS 15, I can't seem to sync some of my videos to my iPhone. Before the update, it worked perfectly fine.

Here are some the error logs I encountered:

Some videos, including “IMG_1334.MOV”, were not copied to the iPhone “iPhone” because they cannot be played on this iPhone.

“IMG_6466.mp4” was not copied because the video format is not supported by the iPhone “iPhone”.

“IXEK3007.MOV” was not copied because the video format is not supported by the iPhone “iPhone”.

“DFDY1448.MOV” was not copied because the video format is not supported by the iPhone “iPhone”.

“IMG_2537.MOV” was not copied because the video format is not supported by the iPhone “iPhone”.

Any solutions to this problem? Thanks in advance.

Hello GuardianNeptune,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you can't seem to sync videos to your iPhone. We'll do our best to assist.

It's unclear the type of computer you're using. Are you using a Mac or a PC?

If using a Mac, try to manually add these videos: Sync your photos manually using the Finder

In case this happens on a PC, see: Transfer files between your PC and devices with iTunes

Should it persist, then we'd recommend to contact Apple directly: Get Support

Wishing you well, take care.
