all numbers do not appear on screen on iphone

I am trying to set up payment methods, but when I go to enter numbers or text, only some appear. Am attaching a ss. Reducing font size doesn't work. Anyone know how to fix this? I am using the latest o/s on iPhone Xr. Thanks
