Relocated Files in my Mac

I am a little concerened with this folder on my desktop.

Do I need to do anything or what should I do with these?

I usually just delete mine relocated items folder. It's system settings and other stuff that is no longer compatible with a newer OS. Look through it first to see if there is anything important to you.
