Hello, I recently received an iPad Air 2 model A1566 as a gift. I’ve tried activating it but all to no avail. I’ve tried everything, from using another device to connecting to a WiFi network to using iTunes, still nothing. The prompt I get whenever I use iTunes is “iTunes cannot retrieve activation code”. Help me, I’m stuck.
