Face ID not working

Cannot access Face ID after camera was replaced.

Hello there,


If your device was repaired at an Apple Authorized Service Location, you should have a limited 90 day warranty if you’re living in the US. I would contact the same location you received service, schedule an appointment and see what they can do for you.


If your device was repaired by a third party and/or cellular service insurance, it is possible for Face ID to stop working altogether. In that case, speak with that service location and see what options they have available, as they may or may not have some sort of repair warranty.
