mac book air not sitting flat 2021
Anyone else had this problem? Who do I contact? Brought from Apple in Charlestown NSW

This may be a hardware issue and would need to be inspected by a repair center. You can find repair centers near you as well as reservations when available from Apple - Find Locations.
