please define the situation more closely. ~ Did it start up at all?

It might be semi-comatose. A different restart may bring it around.

Does the screen have any evidence of having powered up? Any color?

Could be evidence that it may have attempted to start, & lost its way.

A white background, grey, black? Or no evidence at all? Helps to know.
