I couldn’t create iCloud on my phone please I need your support

I couldn’t create iCloud on my phone they said have exceeded the limit of iCloud to be created in a year please help me fix this issue

iPhone 7, iOS 13

Create an Apple ID on the website.


That is, create an Apple ID on the Apple website.


Not on the iPhone.


Once you create the new Apple ID on the Apple website, you can then use the new Apple ID on the iPhone, in place of trying (and failing) to create an Apple ID on an iPhone, and particularly on an iPhone that has already created too many new Apple IDs.

If you have an add-on VPN client app installed, you will want to remove it and try again. IP geolocation shifting via VPN can cause issues, as can other potential VPN-specific connection-level activities.


Otherwise and as mentioned before, you will want to resolve the issue with your Wi-Fi or ISP connection, or with your cellular network provider, or to use a different Wi-Fi or cellular network, for your efforts.
