Sound of IPad Pro with blackboard

my son has problem in IPad Pro with the sound when I use blackboard app ,the sound is low and teacher can’t hear me only with blackboard app.

It that happens using Blackboard app only, I would try contacting their developer team and explain your problem, using these instructions:--> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
