How to delete all information from old apple id
I logged in with my friend's Apple ID a long time ago but the shortcuts are still on my device. I want to delete it, how do I do it?

When you had used your friend's Apple ID earlier and if iCloud was enabled then you will not be able to distinguish between your data and your friend's data easily. You will have to open each Photo, Notes, etc, and see its metadata/file info to know which of these belong to your device. It is very cumbersome.
If your friend agrees then they will have to delete all the data. There is no other way out.
