no add button in my apple wallet
I want to add a card to my apple wallet so I can use apple pay but it doesn't have an add button where I can add my card and when I try to add card in settings, it redirects me somewhere else.

If the (+) button is missing in Wallet
If you don't see the + button when you open the Wallet app, your device might be set to the wrong region.
First, make sure you're in a country or region that supports Apple Pay.
Then, follow these steps to set the region for your device:
On iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app and tap General.
- Tap Language & Region, then tap Region.
- Select your region, then tap Done.
On Apple Watch
- Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
- Tap the My Watch tab, then tap General.
- Tap Language & Region, then tap Region.
- Select your region.
On MacBook Pro with Touch ID
- Open Apple menu .
- Click Language & Region, then check the region.*
*You can't add Apple Cash to your Mac.
