Universal Clipboard not working

Hello! the clipboard is not working!!!!! It worked before.

The system are all up to date:

Ipad: IpadOS 15.0.1

iphone: IOS 15.0

Macbook: IOS 11.6

They are in the same wifi network

The BLUETOOTH is on for every device

The handoff is on for every device

The are signed in with the same APPLE ID

I restarted all the devices many times

The clipboard works between IPHONE and IPAD

But it does not work between either IPHONE or IPAD and MACBOOK

PLEASE HELP ME. I am so desperate!!!!!! I need this function!!!!!!
