Problems with the Iphone 12

Good Morning,

Since I purchased my Iphone back in April I keep having to shut it down and turn back on because i keep losing my ring tones and the phone just vibrates and also when I talk to people I cant use my speaker because they say they can't hear me. The problems are still there even after I updated my software to the latest version. I also have to keep hard rebooting because the phone will freeze. I almost sorry i didn't keep my Iphone 11. Anyone else have these problems. I have insurance on it and was wondering if I should just go to Apple and see if they can run a diagnostic on it.
