Netflix doesn’t play titles after I’m upgrade my iPhone 13pro tu newest iOS 15.0.1

Have anione the same problem. After I upgrade phone to iOS 15.0.1 on Netflix app I can’t watch films nad tv shows. The previews is working but the title isn’t.

I connect the Netflix support but they doesn’t have any idea what is wrong.

I am sing out and in to app, i restart the phone, I delete the app and reinstall, I do almost anything but stil doesnt work, i check out the internet connection and it is good.

Always the same error: Cannot play title. Please try again later. (CM: 42765;)

Same thing last 3 days…

Any idea?

I had the exact same issue. Updated to 15.0.2, re-installed all the streaming apps, but the problem won't go away. Eventually I had to bite the bullet and just do a factory reset plus restore from iCloud backup. Now the issue is gone, and it actually also fixed a bunch of other issues I was having, like Unlock with Apple Watch not working. I guess that is the only option available right now, or wait for a possible 15.0.3 patch.

I have the same issue. The ISO was updated to 15.0.2 but still having the same issue!! Only thing that I can watch is the youtube !!

I never do factory reset. If I do backup to my iCloud then i yust factory reset and then set up…I doesn’t see, how it helps to me, if I restore my phone.

Teh upgrades have the same bugs..or?

Pero la solución no puede ser que el usuario del iphone 13 tenga que reiniciar e instalar todo otra vez!!
