Netflix doesn’t play titles after I’m upgrade my iPhone 13pro tu newest iOS 15.0.1

Have anione the same problem. After I upgrade phone to iOS 15.0.1 on Netflix app I can’t watch films nad tv shows. The previews is working but the title isn’t.

I connect the Netflix support but they doesn’t have any idea what is wrong.

I am sing out and in to app, i restart the phone, I delete the app and reinstall, I do almost anything but stil doesnt work, i check out the internet connection and it is good.

Always the same error: Cannot play title. Please try again later. (CM: 42765;)

Same thing last 3 days…

Any idea?

I had the exact same issue. Updated to 15.0.2, re-installed all the streaming apps, but the problem won't go away. Eventually I had to bite the bullet and just do a factory reset plus restore from iCloud backup. Now the issue is gone, and it actually also fixed a bunch of other issues I was having, like Unlock with Apple Watch not working. I guess that is the only option available right now, or wait for a possible 15.0.3 patch.

Same for me. 15.0.2 still has streaming issue for all apps. I get a 42765 error.

I have the same problem. All my streaming apps won’t play any video. The latest update 15.0.2 didn’t help. I also reinstalled all the apps and that didn’t help anything. I hope there is a solution soon.

En serio la única solución es restablecer el teléfono??? Es fácil, pero es muy pesado entrar todas las contraseñas, tarjetas y apps de bancos…

Apple tiene que dar otra solución que restablecer desde 0 el iphone!!!

Same problem. Just downloaded 15.10 update today and nothing has been fixed. Still can’t stream anything on my 13 Pro Max! I’ve called Apple and even went into the store. No help. Only suggestion is to erase everything and reload it again. That’s just a complete guess on their part. Useless and not apple has done nothing to remedy this streaming problem for all of us.

it is. I am having trouble with streaming movies and also Apple Music. At least with the music I can delete from library and add again to take care of the issue. The tv shows and movies won’t stream at all.

I have the same problem. Updating to 15.0.2 hasn’t helped anything. I have tried everything already. So frrustrating, when you buy a new phone for everything to work well and it doesn’t. Do you suggest to go to an apple store?

I have the exact same problem with Netflix app & Dish Anywhere app...

Funny thing: The wife & myself upgraded to iPhone 13 Pro Max at same time, her iphone has no issues and plays everything, my iphone can't stream Netflix or Dish Anywhere apps, we both have 15.1.1 version, i compared all possible gpu/stream/video settings between both phones and can't find a difference .... I'm still scratching my head !!

Also have the same Problem (netflix and amazon prime) on iPhone 13 pro max since 15.0.1. My Wife has iPhone 12 pro max and no problem with 15.0.1.

Having the same problem since 15.0.1 update. All streaming services doesn’t work on iPhone 13 pro max. Netflix support doesn’t seem to resolve it

So , I force update my 13pro twice , with same effect. Problem like was is still on.
