on my MacBook Pro, in preview, when clicking save, in any multi page document. it will only save one page. this is a huge problem as I need to write on multiple pages at a time and then save and return to sender. has anyone found a way to fix this?

How about Save As PDF (?)
Command P to open the print dialog>PDF>Save as PDF
