Ipad Pro 2021 IOS 15 Screen Mirror stops when displaying a game

I am trying to stream a gameplay from Ipad Pro IOS 15 to Windows 10 PC. Doesn't matter what windows software I am using, OBS Studio, Stream Labs. The screen mirror from Ipad to Laptop stays connected indefinitely not a problem. The second I enter a game( Call of Duty Mobile) the screen mirror stops every single time. I cannot get it to stay connected at all.

Hello schmeggy929,

It sounds as though you’re attempting to mirror your display to a Windows PC using OBS Studio or Stream Labs, and noticing that the screen mirroring stops when you start to play a game the iPad disconnects. To confirm, does this only occur when playing Call of Duty Mobile, or does it happen when you attempt to mirror other games? If the issue is specific to Call of Duty Mobile try the steps outlined in the following article.

If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly or won’t open

If the issue occurs in all apps and games when mirroring using those softwares, the next step would be to contact the software developers. You can find their contact details using the steps in the following article.

How to contact an app developer

Have a great day!

iOS15 messed up all kinds of stuff. ApowerMirror can now longer control iPhone on windows pc, cars can’t play audio by usb cable anymore, mirroring on some devices is no longer reliable. But naturally Apple blames everyone else for something they did to cause all these issues. Every one of these things worked just fine in 14.8 but update to 15, 15.1, 15.1.1 and no longer work. Will it be a year before I can use my phone the way I used to it will it ever actually be fixed?

We appreciate that clarification schmeggy929,

AirPlay can help stream content from your iPad to an Apple TV or a smart TV. It’s not support for streaming or mirroring to a Windows PC. More information about using AirPlay can be found in the following article.

Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror the screen of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

In reference to the third-party apps you’re using you would want to contact the application developers. The How to contact an app developer article previously linked can help with finding their contact details.

Have a wonderful rest of your week.

Nice cop out, There are numerous article, reviews and troubleshooting forums which state the iPad Pro can screeen mirror to a Windows PC just fine. So you want me to contact a dozen app developers because your product doesn't do what is supposed to do? I am surprised you didn't recommend that I buy a Mac instead of using Windows. Why is it everyone praises Apple when there are the most restricted devices on the planet.

We’re glad you had the chance to test different games, schmeggy929.

With the issue continuing with 4 different games when using these softwares to mirror your iPad. It would be recommended to contact the developers of the mirroring software you’re using. The How to contact an app developer article previously linked can be used to find their contact information.

Take care!

Our apologies for any confusion schmeggy929,

In reference to reaching out to the developers that is not recommend for the applications you're attempting to mirror, but rather the mirror software you're using on the PC. The developers of that software would be able to provide the best support regarding the issue you're facing with mirroring.

As outlined in the previously linked article. Apple's available option to mirror is using AirPlay. AirPlay supports mirroring from an iPhone to an Apple TV or Smart TV. Apple does appreciate all feedback regarding their products, services, and features. If you would like to provide feedback about mirroring to a PC you can do so via the Product Feedback website.
