Weather app rain animation doesn’t show
The new iOS 15 weather animations don’t work on my iPhone se 2nd gen. The device has the required A13 but won’t show the animations. I have reduce motion disabled also as that could have been a factor.

Making sure Reduce Motion is off is an excellent step to take when troubleshooting this issue: Reduce screen motion on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If your iPhone is already up to date, Restart your iPhone instead. This can resolve issues like this.
