Were you able to follow all the steps in the guide you recently reviewed, including removing and adding the account back? If so, are you able to access your email and send/receive from their webmail area? If you are able to access it via webmail, let's restart your iPhone as restarting can resolve many odd issues: Restart your iPhone

If the behavior continues, do you use a VPN or security software? If so, temporarily disable or remove those to see if you're then able to receive email from that account. If you are, reach out to those app developers to look into this further: How to contact an app developer
