Can’t receive phone calls after update

For me this was down to Vodafone erroneously setting the call time-out to 0 seconds. I had to call them and fix my corrupted profile.

Hello ~ Is this with all incoming calls or just one number? If just the one is there a possibility you have that number blocked accidentally? Also take a look here:

Hello again~ It has to be a setting or something because I am updated to the current iOS and not having an issue. Have you gone through the info here:

You can get Apple support involved in a chat and they can possibly help without a trip to the store but either way I am really concerned and would like to see a solution for you and your hubby as well.

Has anyone found a solution? My problem is similar but I can make call and receive calls but no one can hear me. Never had a problem until after the last update.

Hello ~ Have you read through the blue link I posted above? You can click on the blue to read through the information. Work through all steps there and pay particular attention to the do not disturb info.

Yes I read it all, and checked my settings, although it does not accurately describe my issue. Since I upgraded IOS to 15.0.2 all incoming calls are going to voicemail, but I am still able to make outgoing calls.

I have also done a reset and a restore from icloud backup, still not receiving calls.

Hello ~ Go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support so you can get some additional assistance from Apple…I would be interested in the solution..would you post back?
