Apple care for AirPods Pro

Yesterday I bought airpods pro at Best Buy and they weren't able to get me apple care so I was told to purchase it online instead. But it shows that my product isn't eligible. Why is it not?

Apple is not here.

If your device doesn’t show up or you can’t buy AppleCare plus, give it 24 hours or so.

Sometimes when you purchase a device it takes awhile for the information to show up in the database.

if it continues to not let you purchase it, contact Apple Support.

Asking BestBuy:

If purchased from bestbuy.com, then ask BestBuy, as the would be the seller in that case. You'd likely get some sort of coverage through BestBuy --not Apple.
