Why is my phone locked
I purchased a phone through Apple. My carrier was T-Mobile. I switched carriers to Verizon, but they are saying my phone is locked. Why is the phone locked if I have the phone through Apple.

Did you pay full price and delineate that you wanted an unlocked iPhone? If not your iPhone is locked to T-Mobile, you will need to contact them to unlock it.
