Installed macOS Big Sur and now it's running slow
I ran an EtreCheckPro and here is the report, can someone help me to understand why my Macbook Pro is running so slow?

SSD too slow - SSD is showing poor performance. Cold be signs of failing SSD
System modifications - There are a large number of system modifications running in the background.
