how to unfreeze phone with apple logo

i have followed the directions on how to unfreeze my i phone 10 with the apple logo and nothing seems to work I have also tried to restore from i tunes and it does not recognize the connection to my laptop computer using the usb port

see the process below, using the Update option if possible.

Work all through it.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

If that is what you tried more than once and with other cables and computers then it is probably dead.
