How do i unfreeze my phone, but its not froze like while my phone is unlcoked. It froze on the apple part when you turn the phone all the way off

What do i do to unfreeze my phone when it want turn back on

Press and quickly release the volume up button
Then press and quickly release the volume down button
Then press and KEEP HOLDING the side power button (keep holding past the swipe to power off) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go
