I have this issue of green tint & green flickering lines on the left side of iPhone X screen. There no physical damage, no liquid spill, no dropping of the device. I was browsing through some app and this started appearing out of nowhere. when i tap the home screen for more than 2 min. I get this blackish green color on the screen.

I have done this trouble shooting turn off display auto mode, night mode and even updated to latest iOS 15.0.1. After update problem was there but some how, the device was working fine for a day or so but the flickering and green tint appeared again.
I had taken to apple authorised service center and they checked and suggested to replace the screen.
I feel there is some software issue.
Please help to fix the problem.
