Upper left corner light flicker IP 11

I got an iPhone 11 less than 2 weeks ago and I don’t know if it’s a recent issue since I’ve only noticed it today.

The upper left corner of my screen flickers a white light when I exit out of apps and onto the “background apps” screen. I noticed it doesn’t happen with all apps though—mostly apps with black or dark bg colors on the edges like phone settings, twitter and instagram on night mode. Safari is kinda dark grey but it doesn’t flicker.

We can't diagnose that kind of issue remotely, sorry.

Since your device is brand new and still covered by warranty, have it inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider:--> Apple – Location Selector

Since we can't see your screen and don't know what you're seeing exactly, we couldn't possibly tell you it is an issue or isn't. ProustGiulio provided the right response. If you are concerned about this, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and show it to them.

Is the flickering a sign that screen longevity/quality is compromised?
