IPhone X screen flickering when exiting and entering apps

My iPhone X screen flickers a brighter version of the screen to the point that it’s obvious for a split second and then back to normal when I enter or exit an app. I have upgraded to iOS 14.7.1 and it has only just started happening. Does anyone know why this could be and what I could do to fix it?!

iOS 16 screen flickering issue Since updating to iOS 16, I have been noticing subtle flickering on the screen under low brightness when I browse apps like Twitter, Reminders, etc. in dark mode. The issue seems to primarily occur while interacting with the apps, like background would flicker while playing a video but will stop when I pause it, or when I type to set a reminder. It's very annoying and it kind of hurts my eyes when operating the phone at night or low-light conditions. Does anyone know a way out of this? Should I downgrade to iOS 15?

New iPhone 13 pro flickers while opening picture Hey I can see that when I try to open my gallery and see some pictures in first few seconds my screen flickers a little. It looks a bit like blinking light and then it’s okay after a second or two. I didnt notice such thing while using iPhone just while watching and scrolling pictures in the gallery. Worth to mention that I turned off True Tone and automatic brightness a week ago so it’s not the case here. iPhone isn’t adjusting to the light outside.
