Hello, I have a question about the toggle SHOW WHEN LISTENING under Siri & Search. What does it do? Thank you for the help!

It controls whether Siri Suggestions will appear on the screen when listening to music with attached headphones or via a headphone adapter.

That's the difficult part; I know of no way to make Siri suggest something.
