Audio and Call not working

My iPhone 7 has recently been faulty with anything audio, I cannot make calls on any apps unless I have my AirPods on and I also cannot send voice messages of any type. I have installed the IOS 15 update hoping it would fix it, but nothing changed. Why could this be? And is there a way to fix it?

Iphone Audio not working The audio is not working on my Iphone 7 when making calls, making voice memos, and with some other apps. I can hear music from Youtube, the internet and even hear voice messages. I can text, but can't make calls. I took my phone to the store and was told my phone needs to be replaced after trying some temporary solutions that did not work. I was told it was a rare occurrence with the usual wear and tear. I only had the phone for 2.5 years! Now I need to buy a new phone. Has anyone else had the same issue?
