I have an iPhone X on iOS 14.8. When my phone is on the wireless charger the alarm never sounds nor vibrates but the screen shows the alarm. When I am off charger or charging via lightning cable it works fine.
I have the volume on full and the mute switch is not on.

We understand that your alarms do not make a sound when you are wirelessly charging, but it works when charging with the cable. Restart iPhone. Try removing the current alarms and re-create them. Check that you're using a compatible wireless charger with the information in How to wirelessly charge your iPhone.

Removing and adding the alarms back worked. This should be looked at. I missed an important early morning meeting due to this.
