iCloud is grayed out in my settings

From what we understand the iCloud setting is grayed out on the iPhone.

Have you tried restarting the device to see if that helps?

Do you receive any messages at any point while attempting to manage iCloud?

Are you running the most recent version of iOS compatible with your device?

If not, can you update the device to test the issue?

It would also be a good idea to check for any profiles that could be configured on the iPhone. Take a look at the steps listed below and keep us updated.
