iMessage not logging in

I’m using an iPad mini 4 and 2 months ago my iMessage logged out of itself and hasn’t let me log in since there saying “there was an error connecting to the az Apple ID server” and I’ve updated to the latest IOS, I have used all the tips on apple support and nothing is working!

please help

The screenshot was really helpful. Are you connecting to Messages and FaceTime on any other device?


Take a look at If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime and if you have tried all the steps here, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support so they can look into this with you further. They can be reached by going to Get Support.
