Order is still 'processing' after more than a week

I placed an order for an I-Phone 12 on 30 Sept & my order was confirmed virtually immediately however the status has been 'processing' nearly the whole time. Also, no payment has come off my Mastercard yet. Is this normal for an order to take this long to process?

iPhone 11 I ordered an iPhone 11 on Saturday the 21st and it still says my order is processing today the 24th and no payment has gone through yet. Is there something wrong with my order?

Yes, depending on the model, its color, its capacity, pandemic period, shortage of processors on the market.

Money will be withdrawn when Apple is ready to ship your device. Be patient.

Thanks Giulio. Wasn't sure so thought I'd throw it out there. Maybe the white colour option is more popular than I thought
