and the delivery is between 10-17 Nov to my house.
Im going to Israel at 5/11/21
there is option to deliver it before this date?

They don't make exceptions to accommodate individual travel schedules. If you live in Israel, wait and buy your phone in Israel. iPhone does NOT come with International warranty. iPhones are sold country or region specific.
