HomeKit issues iOS 15.0.1

Here’s an issue with iOS 15.0.1. I have home that almost entirely runs on HomeKit with over 90 devices. For the most part, everything worked pretty much flawlessly. Since the update, which has been done on all iOS devices in the home, including an iPad that acts as the hub, one iPhone 13 Pro has ZERO response in the HomeKit app. All other iPhones and iPads have full access to all automations. Hub restarted, all iOS devices restarted, network rebooted, still no response on the 13 Pro. Any thoughts? Have you seen this issue elsewhere? Thanks
