Never received the trade-in box
I want to trade-in my iPhone but have not received the box. How do I track the return box mailing?

I assume you purchased a new iPhone and want to trade in your old phone rather than you want to send it for a repair?
Have you received the iPhone you ordered yet? The trade in box usually comes just before or after you receive your new phone.
I have had my new iPhone for 2 weeks. The trade-in box never arrived.
